Everything is perfect. Very warm welcome, very attentive hostess. Everything in the rooms is crystal clear, almost sterile, beautiful and stylish! Everything you need is there, to the smallest detail, a chic spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is new! Very spacious. Large refrigerator, washing machine. House in an olive grove, there is where to park the car. Very convenient for families with children. Rania, thank you very much! Maximum score!

Comfortable accommodation, with very special and discreet decoration, very clean, very nice terrace especially in the morning and after sunset. Ideal for couples as well as families. Fully equipped. Ms. Rania, very friendly and strictly followed the COVID-19 protocol. Remote control, keys, sponges, towels, all in sealed packages. she greeted us with her gloves and was friendly and helpful. Welcome fruit basket and local delicacies as well as local cosmetics were waiting for us for our best service.

Large family apartments, spotlessly clean and renovated, with all amenities (and laundry). Yard and large terraces for children. On a crystal clear sea with an excellent tavern in front. Real Greek hospitality from the owner, immediate service in everything (although you don't need anything, everything is excellent). We will definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful apartment, very functional in a location that has many alternatives to offer. Well-kept space and high standards of cleanliness. All controls, towels and kitchen sponge in sealed disposable nylons. Professionalism with the right amount of personal relationships. It is highly recommended for families with small children or even for couples who want their comfort.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very functional, with all the amenities I could have wanted and more. It has large terraces and a very nice garden for children. The beach is right across the street and the sea is crystal clear. Rania's hospitality has left us indebted.

The rooms are located next to a wonderful beach with crystal clear waters, in a beautiful garden with wonderful Mediterranean vegetation. They stand out for their wonderful aesthetics and are suitable for relaxation and tranquility. The hospitality is unique and the hosts are always smiling! Truly a unique experience!

The room we stayed in was truly beautiful. Big enough for four people, huge kitchen, bathroom, beautifully decorated and mostly spotlessly clean. Everything was shining. The towels are musk-scented and sterilized in a sealed package. As well as the remote controls and the key. The veranda is large with dining table and chair/armchair. In general, he had everything. The sea directly opposite. Finally, the hostess was welcoming and willing to help with whatever we needed.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, decorated with taste and adapted to the precautionary measures against the corona virus (new dish sponge and individual soaps, new mop, individual servings of sugar, etc.). Comfortable terrace with a view of olive trees, pomegranates and the sea, which is literally fifty meters away. Ideal for those who want peace and the tripartite room-sea-tavern at their feet.

Attractive, neat and luxurious apartment with beautiful views in a small quiet fishing village. Crystal clear water, great for swimming. Several beautiful pebble beaches within walking distance. Rania is a very nice hostess.

Rania has a natural kindness, friendliness and willingness to serve. She welcomed us with various goodies and really wanted our stay to be comfortable and nice. The accommodation was even better from nearby, very clean and the location is excellent. The garden is very beautiful and all the places are very neat. The sea is a dream with crystal clear water right opposite where there is a tavern. What was needed for the days when we didn't want to move away from the great quietness of the area as we were there for September holidays. In relatively close distances there are interesting places to visit Ancient Messini, Pylos, Limeni etc. and of course Kalamata a particularly beautiful town and artistic. We would really like to be there again!

The garden and its lighting at night. Also the fact that I was only going with my swimsuit and flip flops to swim in the sea. The view of the mountain to the south that fades into the sea. Don't miss the beach at sunset. Superiority!

Excellent space, tasteful and functional with a large terrace that has a wonderful view of the Messinian gulf. The quietness and the feeling of privacy. The owner of the accommodation was very kind, approachable and willing to help with everything we needed.

The reception with bed, wine and an excellent oil, the comfortable spaces, the good mattresses in the a, the excellent location near the sea.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked that there is a lot of room and light. The terrace is wonderful, also very big and overlooking that beautiful bay – we loved having our morning coffee there or a glass of wine in the evening to admire the sunset. The pebble beach right in front is great, the water crystal clear and we loved having a morning swim over to Kitries village. The location overall is great – it is far enough away from Kalamata to enjoy peace and quiet, but near enough to go on all kind of outings if the mood takes you. There was a lovely and very generous welcome package when we arrived with fresh fruit, juice, water, some coffee and tea and a very good white wine. Rania is the perfect hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment – we would have loved to stay longer and hope to be back some time in the not-too-far future.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is decorated with great taste. The owner is full of small intentions that make the stay very pleasant. The accommodation is close to the sea and surrounded by olive groves. The terrace is pleasant and sheltered and is located in the middle of a garden. We would have stayed there much longer if we could have. We also really appreciated the kindness of the welcome.

Spacious apartment sleeps comfortably 4, clean and nicely decorated, with it’s own garden and within an olive grove. It is next to a beautiful beach. Perfect for swimming, I loved to swim to the village of kitriés and back, about 40 minutes swim. It has fully equipped kitchen but with several good tavernas near by I didn’t have to cook. Rania was an excellent host.

Lovely spot amidst a mature olive grove. The beach is across the street, 20m away, with a sea-front tavern with complimentary sun beds and parasols. The apartment was clean, spacious and pleasantly decorated with a large balcony. There’s also a communal garden and safe parking.

Really spacious and very tastefully decorated apartment with huge terrace and sea views. The apartments are situated in a pretty garden in a small olive grove. All modern conveniences including washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean. Alot of effort regarding covid 19 enhanced cleaning measures such as towels and dishcloths and remote control all in sealed packages! 😀 The bed had a very good quality orthopaedic mattress. The location is really peaceful. There is a fish taverna located on a beautiful pebble beach opposite which has a large menu . The food and service was excellent at very reasonable prices. Thank you Panagiotis our waiter. The sunbeds were free and the sea was crystal-clear and blue. It is a 4 min walk with stunning views into the fishing village of Kitries where you will find 2 fish restaurants and one beach bar. Lastly but not least Rania is a lovely host. Thank you for the welcome juice and fruit and thank you for allowing us to leave our things a couple of hours after check out time. A definite must return to accommodate for us.

Accommodation (very clean, cosy and of great quality), the host, beach, nearby taverna. Excellent holiday spot, calm and next to the beach. The nearby taverna was a delice! The host was very helpful and attentive to all needs, truly charming person, it was a pleasure to spend holidays in Panageas apartments.

I stayed in one of the upstairs apartments for a week in early Sept 2019. It was a lovely, quiet spot, with the accommodation set among fruit and olive trees. There were fans in the bedroom and living room which kept the place at a comfortable temperature during the night, and a balcony with sea views where it was nice to sit out during the day (when you weren’t enjoying a swim in the sea!). The kitchen is quite basic in terms of utensils/crockery provided, but there are several tavernas within walking distance.

Perfect for a couple or for a family of four (with kids sleeping in the living area). A really very quiet spot outside the villages on a road that is a dead end (aside from a tiny link road). The four apartments, surrounded by olive groves, are directly opposite an affordable beachside taverna and pebbly beach, with superb sunsets and crystal clear waters. Further tavernas in Kitries harbour are short walk away. A lovely shady verandah and small shared garden. Off street parking surrounded by olive trees. Very clean and modern, with spacious bathroom and great shower (though if you want a warm shower immediately on return from the beach – like us in April, remember to switch on the water heater before you go).

Very comfortable and great location. Excellent for relaxing!
